There is no other buisness like Real Estate buisness.

The real estate business is a business loved by huge percentage of investors apart from the addicted ones with the Stock market. There are many reasons for that firstly with the point of view of business you do anything or make anything that is useful for other or they just need it. They buy that from you and you earn a profit out it by subtracting the original price or actual cost of the product or service from the cost at which you sold to the other person or entity. If the answer is in +digit(s) then you have that much of PROFIT and if you are unlucky enough, no offense and if you get answer in -digit(s) you are in LOSS!!

Anybody able to understand the upper paragraph now at least knows the terminology extensively used in our daily lifes as business and now......wait i am surprised from since when my blog got this much informative. But some would disagree with this statement because apart from this cliche definition of business there are many other complications in it further. Agreed to all who disagree!!!

The reason i suggest investing your cash on real estate has some reasons:

1. We all know that the prices of land get high eventually. The time span depends on the locations and the infrastructure of it and the area around it. So you are already in profit even if you buy a piece of land and leave it for getting tanned in the sun for  years.
   
   
2. Think of the other investment opportunities, this is in our human nature that when we pay for something we need to touch it, i mean it is really relieving when you invest on something intangible(the one which physically exists).
   
   
3. Your estate is your asset of life time. There are very few protection issues of an investment like this.
   
   
4. And the last but not the least it's a fact that  "There is no other business like real estate business " you bought an area and you are the owner of that area. After  days or months for some cases the prices get high, mostly and you sell it to someone else who want to try their luck on it. And now its on you that you want to take that hard cold cash home or again REINVEST!!!
